Click here for a list of current Virgin Australia discount codes:

A while back VA had a discount code that could be used for (almost) any domestic booking.

Are there any discount codes that work at the moment?

Thanks!

It seems all codes have restricted travel to 2016, non for 2017? Hanging out for long haul 10% off to the states :)

There hasn't been any codes that work for 2017 yet, just wait another few months and there will be codes around that can be used to book travel until March/April next year :D

cfq29 is also working for this year. Booked some domestic flights in the last couple of days for the end of the year.

I just tried some and no discount on direct flights, just appeared to be on the domestic component of a flight to NZ. SYD-BNE-AKL at 380 isn't very appetising against 180 for a direct flight.

Had to change a booking I had done with one of these codes and I was worried that it wouldn't be available on the new flights. Was surprised to find out it was only costing me a change (of fare) with no change fees because they were all Flexi fares. $31 x 4 was very palatable :D

I had to change a saver fare recently (at a cost of $80 :( ) and was surprised the discount carried through to the new fares.

No longer working for me. I can apply the code but it doesn't give any discounts :( (tried to book BNE --> INC)

Yea only seem to work for the more expensive fares.... oh well... perhaps a new set of enhancements

I think the new getaway is a rock bottom fare and no futher discounts will be applied. They won't be applied to business saver either. I believe they still work OK (subject to standard conditions) for elevate, freedom and business.

ah that must be it. Thanks for explaining

anyone find these codes are no longer working? for dom?

Came here to see if anyone was encountering the same thing. I noticed it wasn't showing up on Gateways fares the day of the change, but now I don't see discounts for any Domestic flights in 2017.
Anyone else getting the same thing? I wonder if it's being discontinued with the points increase?

I could be wrong, but I think most of the current codes were for this year only. May have to wait a while for 2017 codes.

I think it may be this. I have done some dummy bookings for potential travel next year and no codes would work for them.

For anyone who's been around a while: do we know when/if codes for 2017 will be released or is this one of those up to the whims of VA things??
