They were not the slightest bit interested and I felt like the person I spoke to had zero ability or inclination to do anything anyway. I also complained that they don’t refund the credit card surcharge (again only this time the cancellation was their fault). They directed me to customer care but for the tiny value of the surcharge on that flight I decided it’s better not to build up a record of complaints and save them for bigger things.They refused to rebook you onto Qantas?
