Still does not answer the question are the Self Service ATM still accepting PostPay or not for bills in Post office?
It says the EFTPOS machines at the counter don't right?

What you have to understand is the Lowy Group and Post Master General are probably viewing this a money laundering rather than circulation of the same funds.

They will need to abide by the AML CTF act and give you the 3rd degree before allowing you to buy gift cards.

There could also be a fraud perspective upon which points are being obtained in that manner. After all they are paying for the transaction fee for you to get your points.

I hit a snag under the corporate system a while ago now . I was told they aren't making any money from me and therefore don't wish to do business with me . That was from head office

Yes to all of that. Plus, I'm sure, the underlying business plan that doesn't count on people regularly emptying their cards.
:)

hmmmm

Here buy this card...but only if you don't spend all the credit on it and only buy one card... I think this explains why I have never bought one of these cards...

They are a great product for use if you use them as intended. Were even better when the loop hole was opened.

I have an idea on an alternative solution. PM me if interested

another day another promo. I would like some help tho with your local WF to see what corp promotions they are running.

Thanks once again fellow AFF members

Then why were you mentioning that you were getting promos a couple of weeks ago?

To be fair that's the standard business model for all gift cards...

I've nearly always needed a manager to sight my ID back in the day so doesn't sound so new to me.

Depends on the WF you go to. One of them I go to very rarely checks my ID. The other one checks ID and takes down my details/CC.

perhaps.... some gift cards (WOW Wish cards) can be bought at 5% face value on any points earning M/C or visa, the limit is $5,000 per day for these.

And I would put money on a % of Wish gift cards also go unspent... it may be smaller than some other gift cards because it's easier to spend wish GC but I bet that's how they fund part of the 5% discount.

Yes I was refused sale but also had a relative who has a corporate account and she was updating me with the promos.

I am allowed to buy the GC at the counter when they are making the transaction fees but no corporate purchases

LOL. You cannot pay your Hilton bill and avoid CC surcharge with WW gift cards ;)

This sounds like an incredible bargain. How do you get onto these?

Through most auto clubs, union shopper or entertainment book, or walking down to woolies each day to buy a $50 one with your ING debit card.
