What cheeses me off

I just pay them as they arrive or set a reminder in my calendar if the amount is high enough that it makes sense to leave it till the last minute (corporation tax I'm looking at you....) due to the interest earned.
Mine are automatically paid via credit card set up so never forgotten and cant default (unless card hacked which occured oce)
I check all ok and never have to bother.
Never want to go back to paper as post so unreliable they would land after they were due. Tradies etc I pay as soon as emailed bill so as not to forget.

That I have absolutely no artistic skills at all
Trying to work out which photos to print to put up in frames for the living room. Thankfully my local Kmart photos is just up the road so ....doing it very very very bitsy isn't a problem. Though I think I need another big frame ? Sheesh and then I need to work out photos again

Having to do a 15 min 'Cyber security course' on-line for my Uni (staff), where it seems to have been designed for, and aimed at early-teenagers. Tey are all like that.

The characters: Sid Slime; Alice Advice, Rupert Read-It etc.

WCMO is unsolicited sms and emails from political parties of both sides and lobbyists wrt to the upcoming referendum.

Im not interested in your paid opinion, I can make up my own mind.

Political parties and charities should not be exempt from the do not call register.

Yet you'd be surprised at how many adults get it wrong, even after completing said training. One of the things I will get the guys to do is deploy a fake phishing/spam test a few weeks after the cyber security awareness training, failure rates can often be 50%++ so it's clear people are not even paying attention to the basics....... there's a reason said training is deployed and dumbed down!

Albeit, more relevant for places where you have a corporate issued asset, but of course the same knowledge is useful/transferable to personal use of assets too.

WCMO is the increasing appearance of "American cheese" on sandwiches and burgers. Horrible yellow artificial gunk. Why can't they just use proper cheddar or real cheese.
Because apparently the artificial gunk has a flavour profile and retroness that feels too uppity to replace with proper cheddar or "real cheese".

If you're in one of those American cuisine places, you wouldn't feel American if the cheese wasn't... subpar. Thank your lucky stars you ain't having cheese whip or whatever that's called.

Sounds comical how they crafted those exceptions in the first place!

Exactly! What went wrong with AU/NZ cheeses? I'd take a cheddar or goats cheese over the plastic-looking-shiny-American-cheese.

All Cheese is processed including American cheese.

Great for burgers

But it's so yellow and so abundant. Even seems to have taken over from fries.

It's apparently started off as a mixture of offcut cheese (in the beginning) and further processed so it's gooey and can be squeezed out of a tube.

Probably not the first time, but we have started a subthread about being cheesed off about... well, cheese....

Yeah, I know, pretty cheesy of me to point out. 😁

Isn't the basic USA diet composed of cheese in various forms, flavoured with things like meat/vegetables/pasta ...
