What cheeses me off - when a customer says, rather rudely, abruptly that & I quote "I don't want you to touch the bottle, I will scan the bottle myself", which is fine, only if customers can access the employee side of the register, which they can't ...
I'm not sure what the customer's intentions were, but I guess, if they thought the merchandise is shipped, stored & displayed in a sterile container and that it is safer if they ONLY handle the merchandise, I've got news for them
