What cheeses me off

What symptoms?

Headaches are tension headaches. Chronic health issues, money issues and being surrounded by incompetent people are the cause of my headaches.

Anxiety has been there since 10-12 years old.

I sleep OK. I am naturally a night person and used to sleep 4:00am-5:00am because that's when I want to sleep. Now I sleep earlier. I don't suffer from insomnia. When I sleep, I sleep. Note I can sleep anytime, anywhere.

Efficacy of antibiotics. Try immune system issues well before I was drinking cola.

So what else should I worry about?

I'll now drink more Kirk's no sugar drinks. Pasito, Lemon Squash, Orange, Creaming Soda, Lemonade. That's a good variety and should keep me happy.

Too much red meat? Old wives tale. No such thing as too much red meat.

What else?
So if you have all those symptoms anyway then caffeine will definitely make them worse. And by you previous posts that does happen a lot.

WCMO - people who brag about losing $1 to $2M on the punt over the journey then sook about paying 25c for a supermarket bag 👍
Who's sooking about it? I don't pay it. I refuse to pay it. Full stop.

I have a price point that I pay for anything. Do not overpay for anything and I dictate the price point not the market.

Here you go @Pushka. This was brunch with cold cooked chicken that I bought for $5.40 on markdown.

I think it's time to go and pick on someone else. I almost died twice and made 60 years. Not bad for someone who is supposedly a useless lump of cough. I take care of my diet well thank you. I don't eat out. Most of the food I eat I prepare and cook myself or my wife cooks masaman/panang curry.

How much water do you drink on a daily basis? By water, I mean pure water, not the water that is in tea or coffee or other drinks.
Headaches are tension headaches. Chronic health issues
Almost certainly caused by dehydration and chronic dehydration at that. You are not alone there though.

Just spilt a bag of dry quinoa - cleaned it up and put it in the green waste bag. Went to empty the green waste bag and the bottom fell out. The green waste container is on the top of three level trolley so now there is quinoa all through everything in the trolley and all over the floor.

Vacuum it all up and then discover the end of the roll of green bags are obviously shot because the next bag split and more mess.

Take the vacuum back to the laundry and dry quinoa falls out all over the floor in the laundry.

I give up and I'm going out to dinner and I'll wash the floor tomorrow

FFS
Just for those that care (yep I thought so no one) there is still bits of quinoa everywhere no matter how many times I've cleaned and vacuumed. Walking around last night in bare feet and picked up bits. Just went to the physio and took my sandals off - ooh a little piece of quinoa on the floor of the physio now - sharing the love

WCMO. People who think Quinoa is good for them. Bad things happen to people who use it. And those around them. Will not be meeting you at the market this week then.

Your first mistake was having quinoa in the first place

Embedded in carpet? or in between a floorboard
Somehow, I doubt that statement (just because you can't currently see it, doesn't mean it's not there)
true but none that is available for cooking

Wcmo is when the light rail driver randomly decides to terminate the route 8 stops early and tells people to just jump on a train instead. Firstly I have no need of a train I was wanting to connect with a bus (ended up having to walk 15 mins to do so, and not from my planned stop) and secondly even if a train was suitable I would be charged more $ as there is an extra fee everytime you change mode of transport.

The insurance company that even when logged onto your account their on line claim form allows you to complete it all right up until you choose your name from the dropdown list at the very end in case they need more info - and that's the WCMO - the dropdown list is empty! Had to phone and eventually got through after 3 days and many tries including 2 hours on hold then disconnected.Managed to get a real person at 4pm on Saturday (only 25 mins on hold) and then it took him almost an hour to do the claim. No way to contact them otherwise - I tried the chat, FB Messenger, online form all to no avail. At least the car is booked in now (April mind you). Silly woman in carpark backed into me. :( (But she did leave a note on the windscreen)

Victorian Government: Dept of Transport and Planning.

Go to pay a fine (not mine!) online and you need to enter a twenty two (yes 22) digit reference number.

What could possibly go wrong? Absolute clowns.
