similar to loading up amd starting front loaders and walk back into the bedroom and there's the one thing you desperately wanted to wash lying around. And not finding the instructions how to put a last minute item into the wash.

Only some front loaders allow you to interrupt the wash - I don't think ours has that capability as it is quite old.

It's Sunday the only day I get to sleep in and enjoy some quiet time. WcMO is the Inconsiderate people throwing a party who started blasting cough music from bbq area at deafening levels 10am (so no sleep in) lots of yelling screaming singing, going on 4 hours now.

Clear breach of noise by-law of course no security until dark. Also BBQ area is meant for maybe 10-12 people not the 60 or so there, I mean if you having a dance party hire a hall somewhere and get a permit.

ETA - decided I needed a break from thumping base and noise so walked up to coffee shop. On way out noticed they were smoking on common property (another by law breach) had thrown that Indian chalk/paint all over the bbq pavilion walls, floors, grassed area, pavements (do they expect strata to clean up this cough), have taken chairs out of the committee room, used duct tape to stop pedestrian gates closing (interfering with site security) and stuck party promotion signs on gates, walls, trees. So many photos taken lots of nice fines coming to whichever lot is hosting what appears to be a commercial party given the name on thes igns, the tshirts they are handing out and paint cough they are charging for. Oh i so hope are tennants, this sort of nonsense can lead to eviction - as the owner will be billed for cleaning, any damaged plants, the new turf (it was only laid 3 weeks ago).

I shouldn't have to wear in my own home, the noise cancelling headphones not blocking as it's louder than some professional gigs I've been to. They are in the wrong running a paid event on residential property, breaking noise and guest number by-laws, damaging common property.

How do you know it is paid event?
Airbnb tenants?
Sounds horrible. Can you call the security company out if there is common property damage? If excessive noise the police might attend, especially if there is drugs involved.

I would have a low threshold for calling police. Was that drugs you saw? Are these members of the public tresspassing on private land (only way to answer that if the ‘owner/renter/guest’ ‘fesses up

Where is the Owner's Corporation Chairperson and Secretary and the rest of the committee ? They are elected to ensure the common property is maintained which includes not being damaged or misused or abused ?? Is this a strata committee with non-resident OC officers ? Or are they participants at the party ?

I'm guessing out/not home, maybe at the Easter Show. They are all resident owners, but none live in my block which is directly opposite the bbq area.

Just got home as stopped in for a pedicure on the way. The guy selling T-shirst and paint bombs is gone, about 40 people now lots more kids all playing ball sports on common property (also against by-laws).

Drafting my complaint with photographic evidence, bbq area closes at sunset, if they are still there after dark I will be insisting the security guard moves them on.

Called the police number for noise complaints they wont come til after dark.
