I went from MYOB non cloud to Xero cloud. Best move ever. But they are always updating it.
if it is in the cloud why would any updating affect the user?

Xero is easy peasy. I don't know about MYOB cloud but Xero has cash coding which allows you to select similar transactions and annotate them all at once without individually doing itIt’s just user unfriendly

I have no idea. Makes no sense to me either. But there you go. If you want to work on the PC and not the cloud, although accessing the cloud (cloud connects using app.myob.com while computer using the MYOB programme accesses the cloud also but through the programme) then you have to update the PCI went from MYOB non cloud to Xero cloud. Xero sits entirely in the cloud. There is no software siting in the PC/Mac. Therefore nothing to upgrade on the computer.computer using the MYOB programme accesses the cloud
how are you coping with the driving and the tolls?Les wankeurs who tailgate me on the autoroutes in France even when there is a truck beside me and a line of cars in front. Always seems to have a BMW or Merc hood ornament.
So now have a fridge that has a loud whirring noise
I can't tell if fridge is level or not.Its a standard charge if they dont find anything wrong - which is a PITA if its an intermittent issue
If there's no issue when they come out they charge $150 + overtime? Seriously? I give up.
Surely an 'intermittent issue' (with video evidence) is still an 'issue', even if it can't be replicated at the specific time the technician comes out? I'd tell them to shove their fee.Its a standard charge if they dont find anything wrong - which is a PITA if its an intermittent issue
I remember the days when you had problems with a fridge that was under warranty you'd call the company and someone would be out in a few days to check.
For the past 10-15 years there's been a shortage of technicians whether they are electricians, plumbers, tilers etc and there's no push to get this fixed.
So with fridge issues contact Good Guys concierge who place a service call with LG designated repairer and days later they contact and ask for video recording of the noise from the fridge. So send them video but after about 1 week noise stopped so no one came out then noise started again and then stopped and then started again so I cancelled the service request. Why? If there's no issue when they come out they charge $150 + overtime? Seriously? I give up.

The greed in this world is amazing. I buy a faulty product and have to go through hoops to get it fixed. Should be automatically replaced without the hoops.
I would keep a log, video, audio then if the technician says nothing wrong I would go back to retailer and say Australian consumer law etc etc.I'd tell them to shove their fee.
Get a spirit levelI can't tell if fridge is level or not.
MYOB is user hostile. Fortunately my accountant changed to Xero years ago and I haven't looked back. Too easy. It’s just user unfriendly despite having used it since 1996!

The first day on the freeways, going up the Rhine to Trier, I switched over to Germany to avoid the tolls.how are you coping with the driving and the tolls?
I get the impression they're obviously not interested. I paid $1000 for the fridge and I think now it's out of warranty.Surely an 'intermittent issue' (with video evidence) is still an 'issue', even if it can't be replicated at the specific time the technician comes out? ^ French ATM ate my ATM card, the bulletproof-looking cover on the ATM dropped & the screen went an angry red like some AK47-equipped drones were about to descend and pepper me with bullets for having the tenacity to use an Oz-origin card in their machine …
ANZ card NFI which French bank the ATM was … ANZ were ridiculously efficient in replacing the eaten card, we finished our holiday using my better-half’s card for the next few days, and my replacement card had been delivered to reception in Ghent before I got back to work again …May I ask which brand of ATM & card?

You don't need to go to France to get that special treatment, Melbourne's freeways can do that for you also, particularly Peninsula Link!Les wankeurs who tailgate me on the autoroutes in France even when there is a truck beside me and a line of cars in front. The official warranty may not mean anything. One or two years for a fridge may be what the seller offers, but well short of your consumer rights.I get the impression they're obviously not interested. I paid $1000 for the fridge and I think now it's out of warranty.
I'm more concerned with the lack of service today and it's getting worse. Almost every company the same.
