I do a really easy 24 hour dough that I'm happy to share. Requires minimal work.

I love looking at the usual photos on this thread of the beautifully presented food served by different airlines or fancy restaurants.

I did notice that it can also include the worst food so....

my meal choice on the Qantas BNE to PER flight 2 evenings ago..... this is the Roast Beef with Kale and Beetroot salad.

Probably should be renamed the Beetroot salad with a few limp kale leaves and strips of beef. What was chef thinking ?

They are the best kind. Write it down then if it turns out a cracker you've got a record of it to pass on.
