And so after the wharf, and the market this morning, dinner was the following:

Let me think how Qantas would describe the meal......

"Fresh Chilean Sea Pollock, panfried in Danish butter, accompanied by a lemon-dressed tomato, cilantro and Elqui Valley red onion salad, and toasted fragrant rice". ;)

But I am uncouth - I had a malbec to accompany this, and ate it all with a spoon (as we said in my army days, "anything you can't eat with a spoon, you can with your hands")
 
May not look very exciting but it was a decent hot chocolate. Haven't found many here north of Wellington. Shame about the paper cup

After consuming a few drinks in the club lounge, then ‘sampling’ the free but pretty decent bottle of shiraz in my room, felt the need for a room service pizza - pretty awesome. Actually I should say it was near PERfection. Hyatt Regency hotel.

After the pizza the night before I somewhat redeemed myself with something called ‘Green and Grain’ the next night. Certainly was green. And pretty good too. Again at the Perth Hyatt.
