A rather good meal out at Hartsyard in Enmore in Sydney including fried chicken skins and poutine (with beef shin braised in beer and cheese sauce) and a fantastic roast cauliflower.

Made Stir fried noodles - Hokkien (Large wheat noodles) with chicken breast & tofu in Char Sui sauce and vegetables cooked in Soya & Oyster Sauce.

Tartare of Shetland salmon served sushi style
Hand dived Orkney scallop with light curry sauce
Gently poached flakes of North Sea hake with crab bisque and minestrone of vegetables
Risotto of organic spelt from Eden valley and selection of Scottish beef
Panna cotta of locally foraged blackberries with yoghurt sorbet.

Your meals look absolutely lovely... and here I was so excited over some freshly caught scallops, lightly beer battered at a local restaurant at Beauty Point northern Tasmania a friend took us to. But they were really lovely scallops.
