well we are in the middle of one massive fricking recession !!! I'm just a realist. Flicked most of our rental properties & got out of any debt. The big question is how many years before we hit rock bottom ?

Exactly, the smart people are waiting to jump on some bargains. You have to think anti-cyclical and be comfortable with this. Most people are not.

I don't quite understand your point? VS has nothing to do with VA financially, one could collapse and the other could be fine...

All they share is a common owner and name that they pay millions to use...

if I am correct - VS has a small stake in VA... not saying they are the major cause of it... but there could be a small link on it... but mainly it is mismanagement by VA that caused VA collapse
