Not sure how accurate this is but the DSC offer may be announced 20 February. This is from someone in QF marketing - once again take it with a grain of salt. Don’t shoot the messenger.

The regional SA sale finishes 19 February, so a DSC announcement on 20 February dovetails nicely. Fingers crossed.

Considering my booked flight I won't be bothering with a DSC, however if soft landing doesn't happen with the people in July, husband will be needing it

well the regional sale sees Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne to various regional locations for $229 for 25 SC Bris and 20 SC The others or you could fly just to Adelaide from Bris 15 SC for $269, or $304 when the further distance IS CHEAPER...
SYD AND MEL to Adelaide 10SC is the same as flying further.... cheap by half, NOT

I did note a damn good J fare ex Adelaide for 60SC
