For the $100 suppose it depends how much you value QF points (or Points Club). Also there are the various cards that give supermarket spend bonusesSo no deal as $0.95 a card extra!
I've got a new credit card coming very soon. I plan to meet the minimum spend with these cards and churn straight away.Picked up a $500 Perfect today. Funds and WW points credited almost immediately. Seemed to have decent stock
As long as you can pay these in person it shouldn't be a problem. These can be used for rates right?
Got a few, and the 3rd degree from checkout staff - points posted without issue.Picked up a $500 Perfect today. Funds and WW points credited almost immediately. Seemed to have decent stock
No third degree, but WW card didn't scan instantly and was told that you didn't get points on GCsGot a few, and the 3rd degree from checkout staff - points posted without issue.
To be fair I kind of followed the young fella's thought process, he was okay with my purchase right up until he had to read out that it would be two thousand and... then there was a pause, a phone call to the manager, and some concern I was being scammed. No third degree, but WW card didn't scan instantly and was told that you didn't get points on GCs
And to be fair to mine, he had probably been told about WISH cards etc.To be fair I kind of followed the young fella's thought process, he was okay with my purchase right up until he had to read out that it would be two thousand and... then there was a pause, a phone call to the manager, and some concern I was being scammed.
I think that unlikely. And to be fair to mine, he had probably been told about WISH cards etc.
My purchase of 4 x $500 cards required the attention/intervention/approval of four staff members. Took 15mins. 4 separate transactions would likely have avoided most of the drama. My purchase of 4 x $500 cards required the attention/intervention/approval of four staff members. Took 15mins. Points posted within an hour.
Yeah I didn't really think I needed to do that at the time. I've had no issues with some of the recent $250 card deals. Maybe the alarms go off at $1,500?4 separate transactions would likely have avoided most of the drama.
I'd usually do this, but there's a weird exclusion in the T&C about 1 transaction per day, and while I am pretty sure it's not enforced I didn't want to throw away $8 testing it out. Would be interested to hear from others if this goes okay for them.4 separate transactions would likely have avoided most of the drama.
Not possible AFAIK - EFTPOS cards don't support card not present transactions as far as I'm awareHas anyone tried using them to pay over the phone? (Longshot I know.)
You may not understand that the perfectgiftcard are EFTPOS cards. Over the phone is impossible.I'ld like to use these to pay my NIB Health Insurance but there is no store near me and I don't think the website will accept them.
