Not sure I'm afraid. I stumbled on this one by accident.

I have also seen offers before, but I don't know about their frequency.

Yeah I bought a bunch of apple ones from big W a while back, for 30x IIRC.

0.0795c/QFFP isn't terrible but I ain't putting $72k through perfect GCs just to hit points club plus.

Edit: plus, there's probably a limit.

And update on this. Agent on live chat advised "You do need to wait up to 14 business points for all the points to be loaded", despite this not being stated in the offer terms.

Channelling @DrRalph, I asked the agent to direct me to where this was included in the offer terms and was told "It does not show in there, however what I am happy to do is monitor your account and if the points are not loaded in the next 14 business days I will add those points on myself."

I had neither the time, nor energy, so I'll wait out the 14 days and jump through the hoops all over again.

I have seen that term included with the advertisements sometimes, but not always.

Don't think the Perfect Gift Cards ever credit at the time of sale.

They do sometimes credit immediately. But this has become less frequent.
