What you need to do is manually transfer up to 250,000 EveryDay Rewards at a time over to Qantas. That will show up in your Qantas account as a single deposit of 125,000 points which is the maximum that can be counted in any one transaction towards Points Club. Once that deposit is recorded in your Qantas account (should appear in a couple of hours usually), then you can manually transfer more (up to 125,000 Qantas Points) over to Qantas as that will now appear as a separate transaction towards points club.
So to give you a hypothetical suppose you had 750,000 EveryDay Rewards points. You can do three manual transfers to Qantas. One for 250,000 EverydayRewards points to Qantas (for 125,000 Qantas points), then when you see that show up in your Qantas account, you could then do another transfer for 250,000 EveryDayRewards points to Qantas (for another 125,000 Qantas points), when that shows up in your Qantas account you can repeat this one more time for 250,000 EveryDayRewards points to Qantas (for yet another 125,000 Qantas Points). All in you would have 375,000 Qantas Points earned that qualify towards Points Club meaning you would achieve PointsClub Plus for the current program year and the following program year. The benefits of Points Club Plus are many and include the ability to earn status credits on classic awards operated by Qantas issued by Qantas and other OneWorld award programs, a Qantas Club membership, Qantas wine club membership, a 10% discount on Qantas wine and more.
Hope that shines on a light on the situation.
