A grand total of 4 items that earn WW$ in the 40 page catalogue I have just received in my junk mail. Not a great incentive to use the scheme is it?

Just completed a stock-up shop $444.64 and not 1 cent in WW$
These were every day items, big restock of laundry/cleaning items & normal food shop.
Only saw 4 Orange tickets in the entire store (yes I was in every isle)
Not happy Jan.

QFF points still missing in my case. Including the points from a major re-stock of the pantry (satisfying the $10 WW$ offer - which I spent ten minutes later)

Otherwise sitting on about $WW3

Happy wandering

Fred

After 5 weeks discreet shopping at Coles we have racked up $FB51. We'll cash it in on a shop when we hit $FB100

My findings almost exactly last week. Saw a handful of orange stickers in the entire store. Zero stickers in the first 8 lanes... what a crock.

Just did a shop at Coles for $64 saving approx. $40. eg: Twinnings 80 Ginger/Lemon Teabags $6 (also 80 Peppermint & 100 Green Tea both $6), 12 Tacos $1.30, 5kg Basmati Rice $8.75, etc, etc. Sure these items were on special, but there were specials everywhere in store.

Indeed not. I logged into my account and scrolled through the orange ticket items "selected for me". I think 99% of them I have never previously bought, so how were they "selected for me"?

I have had the same experience. With 1.56 pesos in the bank from last year, and none collected in 2 shops totaling $120+ this year, I think it will be a very long time before I collect 10 pesos to convert to QFF points.

Woolworths are taking points back! I had 1200 QFF deducted from my QFF account the other day. (2 separate transactions, one Cellarmasters and the other Supermarkets) Credited Dec 27 removed Jan 8. After a lot of effort got a standard email from Everyday Rewards saying " only over payments had been reversed". Absolute rubbish. The credit was correct and not duplicated. The deduction was "theft". It also appears that most of my supermarket transactions for late Nov and Dec had not been credited. STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT. Complain to Everyday Rewards.
( Talking to staff at Woolworths they suggest the Everyday Rewards scheme is in chaos!)

Similar thing happen to me points 26/12 (posted 27/12) then reversed 6/01 (posted 8/01) - only 23 points so not worth the hassle of disputing

For me the real cost of hanging off the end of a phone means WW scheme is simply not worth the effort.

Spoke to WWR today about posting of points for end of december, they confirmed there were delays/issues with points posting but that by the end of the week everyone should have their points.

You've been getting replies from them? I've emailed them 3 times over the last 2 weeks, no reply.

Good luck with that........I think the system is screwed. In my case we are talking about thousands of points...............

I'm going social media next, Facebook and Twitter..............taking the points back is one thing, trying to fob me off is another. I really don't like the brush off....especially when I am in the right.

Just spent $86 but not a single peso awarded. Still stuck on 1.56 pesos. I think it will take a very long time to reach 10 pesos.

Our reversals were for duplicate transactions that posted a week apart.

What I can't figure is why do you all still bother with WW? I ditched them 12 months ago when the local Coles (across the road) had a makeover and put in place a staff training program that focussed on customer satisfaction. Anyway, under the old scheme, you had to spend $30 real bucks before you earned a QFF point.

I quit shopping a woolies in Nov, well before the changes occured...

All because they annoyed me with fuel points.

My reversals are not for duplicates!. Still waiting for action from Woolworths. Not only have they incorrectly reversed transactions, they have tried to fob me off. Also, other transactions in December 2015 have not had points credited. This is a complete breach of their undertaking to award points on transactions until 31 December 2015. Suggest you check your accounts, they obviously have problems but the "fix" has bugs.
