Finished my $100 spend for my QF points yesterday and received a note on my receipt which stated "great news you have earned your bonus Qantas points, keep an eye on your email to activate this offer for another week!".

Looks like another bonus is coming next week as well..... Maybe 'winter' is over?

I need to do a big shop today ($350 + ) but no offers so far. What's the betting that I will get one on Monday?

I have no idea on that one but I'd probably be worried.

I get the impression that some of the members who got an offer this week will also get the offer next week as well. I think there was something in the emails about this. I have no idea whether emails will also go out to customers who didn't get an email last week. Part of me thinks that the new people will have to wait another week but we haven't got a pattern of behaviour out of the new rewards program yet so any thing is possible. I am hopeful that one of our accounts will get an offer or maybe even two. I want to do a big shop using the specials in the current catalogue so I'm waiting until Monday or Tuesday to do this shopping trip in the hope that I can take up an offer at the same time.

Received my second week invite (at exactly the same time as last week, both 07:09 to the minute) with the same spend $100, earn $15/1305 QFF points offer. Could go the cash route this time to mix it up.

Just got this weeks offer. Same as last week. Spend $175 for 2610 points. Activated. Last week was dog biscuits/toilet paper etc. This week I'll buy some printer cartridges and washing machine liquid.

I got the same message after finishing a $95 shop. Here's hopping they keep the QF points coming!

I am having more fun watching paint dry ahead of waiting for a WWR email. Whilst I haven't shifted most of my grocery spend to Coles (close to work so it is convenient), I haven't completely cut out WW spend as it is the closest major to us (and our IGA is the worst in the area).

The (in)famous General Manager of Loyalty & Data at Woolworths Liquor Ingrid Maes has been asked to speak at a loyalty and engagement workshop. I wonder if anybody will ask her any good questions?

Ingrid is the General Manager of Loyalty & Data at Woolworths Liquor. Prior to joining Woolworths, Ingrid held the positions of General Manager Customer Relationship Marketing and General Manager Customer Insights at Coles, where she was responsible for developing meaningful customer loyalty through the operation of the Flybuys loyalty program, leading the gift card business, and spearheading the integration of customer data into business decision making. Prior to Coles, Ingrid was a senior executive at Accenture, where she specialised in assisting multi-national organisations to develop customer-centric growth strategies and supporting change roadmaps, as well as in leading the implementation of large change programs.

I also received the duplicate offer today of spend $185 for $30 woollies dollars or 2610 QFF points. Still no offers made to any of the 4 other accounts in the house

No offers in recent past. Wonder if I will get one. Haven't shopped with them for a while as I'm away currently.

$450-$500 a week spent at Woolies. Pretty much zilch spent since 31st Dec and no offers received.

I get the impression that the offers that got sent out last week were actually sent to the regular shoppers at Woolworths who haven't reduced their spend since the new program started. I'm still shopping there but I rarely spend over $30 in a week and I didn't get an offer. Some friends and family members who do their shopping at Woolworths regardless of whether they get offers or not, got offers last week. In these cases the offers were too high for them to realistically take up.

I'm guessing when the next round of offers to other members come up, Woolworths might target a different "shopping pattern". Perhaps they will look at "re-engagement" of members who have either stopped shopping at Woolworths or reduced their shopping since the new program came in.

What I've said above is entirely speculation. My sample size is limited to the members here who have shared their stories and stories from a group of people I know. I'm not an expert in this field. Some of the theories above are also based on a few pieces of info from a Woolworths staff member. I have taken all of the information and come up with my own theory. I have no way of proving it at such an early stage in the new rewards program.

Are you getting 10% off using tips on this forum PF? I guess they rely on about 15% of gift cards expiring without being used.
I was pleased with DJs resurrecting a $200 gift card for me. Lifetime value of a customer can be pretty valuable so we continue to go there rather than Myer.
