Woolworths reviewing partnership with Qantas Frequent Flyer.

I get the impression that the offers that got sent out last week were actually sent to the regular shoppers at Woolworths who haven't reduced their spend since the new program started. I'm still shopping there but I rarely spend over $30 in a week and I didn't get an offer. Some friends and family members who do their shopping at Woolworths regardless of whether they get offers or not, got offers last week. In these cases the offers were too high for them to realistically take up.

I'm guessing when the next round of offers to other members come up, Woolworths might target a different "shopping pattern". Perhaps they will look at "re-engagement" of members who have either stopped shopping at Woolworths or reduced their shopping since the new program came in.

What I've said above is entirely speculation. My sample size is limited to the members here who have shared their stories and stories from a group of people I know. I'm not an expert in this field. Some of the theories above are also based on a few pieces of info from a Woolworths staff member. I have taken all of the information and come up with my own theory. I have no way of proving it at such an early stage in the new rewards program.

I would second that. We basically stopped shopping at wow in the rupiahgeddon and diverted to Coles. Came back for a few 'reminder' shops including two $100+ ones last week but no offers.

Seems like the first offers were a fortnight deal though so I guess we may see something new next week.

.

My experience is the opposite.

My shop dropped to very little from a high base.
1/ As we were away in Nepal for most of December
2/ As the new Rewards offers were not that tempting......and also due to this when I did shop in Jan I often did not bother to scan the card and so became "invisible".

My wife actually scanned her new card several times in Jan. But gained no offer.

But I gained a very good Points Reward Offer on the card that had been used the most of our "family 5" since the Everyday Rewards Program commenced.

Hi,
I am waiting for a repeat of the bonus offer of QFF points that was promised in last week's emailout.
"Great news – this offer is available next week too! Look out for another email and be sure to activate before you shop."
Has anyone received theirs yet ?

Also,I still haven't worked out if the offers are sent to those who have stopped spending or those who continues at Woolies.
Still , it is a step in the right direction.

No, I haven't received mine yet either (I opted for the WW$ as I'm not interested in QFF points). I achieved the spend target last week but the WW$ didn't credit to my account so I rang the WWR call centre who told me there's been "technical issues" with these offers and the WW$ "should be allocated to your account by 10 Feb" (something else I'll have to monitor to make sure they come through) so I wonder if those "issues" are why I haven't received the second email.

Received my second week invite (at exactly the same time as last week, both 07:09 to the minute) with the same spend $100, earn $15/1305 QFF points offer. Could go the cash route this time to mix it up.
No email for second week offer yet.

MrNatalie received his 2nd week offer. Neither he or I shoppe at Woolworths after 31 Jan that I can recall.

I received the offer without any spend last week.
My wife received one after spending $105.

Do I need to use the new card they sent me last year or can I keep scanning the barcode on the back of my Woolworths Money Visa card? I don't seem to ever get any Woolworths Pesos?

Either fine-its the same barcode

I store the barcode number in my phone contacts and just type the number in without scanning.

Been away the last half of Jan, returning to find that the late Dec 2015 shopping points have finally posted to QFF.

No offers other than the early Jan WW$10 everyone seemed to have received. IGA and Coles welcomes the inattention.

Happy wandering

Fred

Got my second weeks offer.
I like that you don't have to do the spend in one shop.
