Are we discussing offers again in multiple threads? Not sure what a targetted offer has to do with Woolworths reviewing the partnership with QFF.

Not sure these offers have anything to do with Woolworths reviewing the partnership? We have an offer thread.

Not really sure that we need it pointed out every time. I think that any offer that includes QFF points is relevant to Woolworths reviewing their partnership with QFF.

Spot on. I think that the current offers that come in (or lack of offers that are coming in) show the progress (or lack of progress) that the review and changes have in the current partnership. But even any offers that come in not relevant to QFF show the lack of "Partnership" that WOW is offering to QANTAS Loyalty.

I think they key differentiation is that this is a more a review and tracking of the changes rather than the, hey guys, keep an eye out because this offer just came in or look what I got, here is the link.

But that is just my 2 cents worth.

They just changed the packaging and the branding on the milk. Luckily the price is the same.

Apologies but I don't agree. This isn't an offer thread. QFF points or Woolworths dollars offers belong in the other thread of how to get more out of the Woolworths rewards program.

Woolworths are not reviewing the partnership with Qantas everytime they send someone a QFF points offer.

I'm interested as to whether the recent offers, that for the first time in a while include QFF points again, are some sort of longditudinal study to see whether after time, people have decided they'd prefer WW$.

Due to my own points collection plans changing, I've decided to swap to getting the WW$ instead of QFF points this time, for instance. (Shock, horror!)

Interesting to see if the conversion option ever appears at all given that nobody is technically able to hoard the WW$ due to auto-redemption.

Pity the marketing group that deals with the rewards program wasn't included

Happy wandering (whether to IGA Aldi Coles or ...)

I totally agree.........if the program was costing too much why not copy the way Coles do it. At least there you get some value.

YES sack whoever is in charge of their loyalty program.

Just as of yesterday, I went over to flybuys and coles. Then switched to BP and velocity for fuel.

Flybuys sent me 20 Vouchers to use over the next few months. I have received nothing from WOW.

My Shop at WOW got me no $WOW what so ever so at least at coles my points can go somewhere.

Probably best benefit is that as the WOW Inghams chicken loaf is cheaper and tastier than the Steggles chicken loaf at coles (Steggles Chicken loaf is disgusting), so I'm probably doing better for my weight management and push for healthier eating.

Closing 18 stores in AU over next 3 years, opening 45 in same period.
CEO is saying this is the last step in a corporate level restructure they have been moving through over last few years. Trying to put the "support" teams "closer" to the stores.

I have been hoarding WW$. Have not had any single transactions over $10 all year (even if that means doing 3 or 4 transactions for a single shop).

They are only sending out the "you choose" offers to 150k members (out of the 8 million they are sending emails to this week).

Interesting. How many have you managed to accumulate? I've seemed to notice all my offers that accrue WW$ would require me to spend more than $10, thereby claiming any in the process...

Ive collected about 60000 flybuys this year just from shopping and with bonus offers on shopping. Very happy with that
Its 24000 etihad miles which can be quite valuable

When Woolworths announced they would continue the relationship with Qantas, I foolishly though "Great" finally they have come to their senses!!! WRONG!!!!

I believe Woolworths have deceived in their announcement, for the following reason;
I recently checked my QFF statement and, after spending many thousands of dollars at Woolworths did not get ONE QFF POINT!!!

I thought, there must be a simple solution!!
I e-mailed Woolworths and asked them to credit my QFF account, as I had not received any points this YEAR!!!
Woolworths response was very confusing response " the award system is changing and we are about to announce a great new promotion"

This obviously didn't answer why I hadn't received any points, so I rang them!!

This is the answer I got from an incredibly rude person!!

Although my details say I have enrolled in the QFF program, you have to be sent an invitation, or e-mail, to get QFF points!!! I then said "I have never received any such offer", to which I got an answer
"because we have never sent you one""" UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!

THIS IS WHY I BELIEVE WOOLWORTHS HAVE BEEN DECEPTIVE!!!!!

No wonder Woolworths have continued to go from bad to worse!!!

They haven't been deceptive as they never gave a date as to when WWR members would have the option to redeem their WWD to QFF points.
