Woolworths Rewards General Offers

Looks like Woolworths Rewards is turning into a lottery.

3 prizes of a year's worth of groceries and fuel
50 bonuses of 10,000 points each day

all between 16-11 and 24-12-2016 at Woolworths, Woolworths online, BWS or selected Caltex Woolworths fuel outlets.

Well I may stop in as there are a couple of items Coles doesn't sell, but between store location and the regular discounts (to roughly similar prices) I won't be doing the weekly shops at WW.

Happy wandering

Fred

The next double points general promotion at Woolworths runs until December 27.

Double points are available on the following categories: fruit, vegetables, fresh meat, deli, seafood, bread and bakery.

This is a great and generous selection in the lead up to Christmas.

I just received "A Christmas Surprise Just for You" email (yeah right - doesn't appear to be targeted, so I assume it will be across the board

Three wrapped presents at the top of the email, and underneath:

As a special Christmas gift for you we have a surprise hiding in one of these presents...

Plus you get free delivery on your first shop* - Can you find the Christmas surprise?

Click on "Find Your Gift", which takes you to the main Woolworths website, then the three "gift boxes" appear again, and the Christmas surprise is (wait for it) ... clicked on one of the boxes and got a "gift" of $10 off if I spend $150. In 30+ years of shopping at WW, I have never spent even anywhere near $150 in one transaction, and I'm not about to start now - and oh, that's right, I DON"T SHOP AT WW ONLINE ANYWAY!!!!!!

I received same email. "Try again! Try again! And then $10off spend $150 online."

It's not going to happen Woolworths. Why persevere?

Fresh flowers and plants seem to be included in the current double points promotion. I purchased a poinsettia today without buying anything else (rare for me) and got double points on the transaction.

Well they persevered. Turkeys this time and my special offer is $20 off $250 spend online. Hahaha.

Great if they ever came back to giving points for mobile phone recharges again.

There is a general coupon this week being given out by Woolworths Supermarkets and Woolworths Petrol.

The coupon is valid between 12/12/16 and 18/12/16. The coupon offers 2000 points for a $100 spend at Woolworths supermarkets. This will convert to $10 off at the next supermarket transaction.

The terms and conditions are really tiny so I'm not sure what the exemptions are and whether it is valid in states other than Victoria. Good luck. Happy coupon hunting.

The double points promotions are really useful at the moment. I like it when most of the fresh food categories are included. I tend to get more fresh goods from Woolworths than Coles.

If you have family members who are not members of Woolworths Rewards there is a very limited $10 new member sign up bonus available. Although the word facebook appears in the link below you don't have to be a member of facebook or have any facebook access to get to the sign up link. The credit will be paid in the form of Woolworths dollars and should be credited to the account by 10 February, 2017. Good luck

There are no general double points offers around at the moment. I'll keep you posted if I find any in the future.

Can someone please enlighten me with current promo in the Woolworths catalogue re the sale of Myer GC's with bonus points. So Woolworths sell opposition GC's? Can you use these cards for purchases other than in store Myer?

Woolworths sell a huge range of gift cards, some of them who sell similar goods to the Woolworths group businesses. The Myer cards at Woolworths can only be used at Myer. Some people have attempted to purchase the combined Coles Group and Myer gift cards with the Myer only cards but they have had mixed results doing this. Myer is no longer owned by the same group as Coles.

Myer was spun off from Coles in mid 2006. The rest of the company then traded as Coles Group until the sale to Wesfarmers in late 2007.

anyone get this offer from qantas

Don't miss out, your bonus offer ends soon. To get your 870 bonus Qantas Points*, all you need to do is reach your next 2000 Woolworths Points (which converts to 870 Qantas Points) by 9pm 13 March 2017

which to me means a once off

but the T&Cs say

"To get 870 bonus Qantas Points with Woolworths, you must be a member of Woolworths Rewards, link your Qantas Frequent Flyer number to your Woolworths Rewards account, opt-in to convert your Woolworths Dollars to Qantas Points and reach your next 2000 Woolworths Points by 9pm 13 March 2017. Every 2000 Woolworths Points earned will be converted to 10 Woolworths Dollars which will then be converted to 870 Qantas Points. The next conversion by Woolworths will occur on 15 March 2017, to be part of this conversion, you need to select Qantas Points as your reward option by 9pm 13 March 2017."

do you guys think this means, you get double points for every 2000 pts earned?

Reading between the lines, this is Qantas trying to get you to convert your Woolworths Rupees to Qantas points, to increase QF Loyalty's revenue when woolworths pay qantas for the points.

My offer was:

I read this as 1000 points no matter how many convert.

I'll be converting $10 or $20 of WW$ over, after redeeming most of my WW$ from the recent Only1 Promo for the "Ultimate Kids" (JB) gift cards.

yes, thats the vibe I got too. quite confusing, but oh well , it is what it is

I only had a few points to reach my target of 2000 points, but today I spent and went past my 2000 pts but realised I forgot to convert to qantas setting,

which [robably means I now have to change the setting and back to qantas and try it again ;(

Got my favorite offer today.
First time in a long time
Spend $x x 4
Get $x worth of points

Mine had been as high as spend $120x4 get $50 back

But today's one was $30x 4 to get 6000 pts

Will definitely be doing it

Sweet ...
Just spend $65* in one transaction each week for the next 4 weeks to earn 9000 bonus points. Starts tomorrow!
