I was coming in from CBR on QF, no checks Walked to T3 Stomping Ground brewery, no checks Back to T1 to depart on QF, no checks. Didn't even see any checks for the arrival flight. They got off and no checks.

Was in MEL for three hours yesterday, T1 and T3, no border pass checks at all - neither at the Virgin or Qantas Terminal.

Just had a look at my QF profile. There is a category of SC earned which has, in my case, the status credits from my flights. Then there is a category called 'others' that has the QF support SC but also the Bonus SC from DSC TravelPass bookings. Two questions here: 1. I am still waiting for...

Yes and that is why we decided to just do it another time. It is very unlikely to be checked in MEL on a flight from SYD but we did not wanna risk it. Who knows what is developing in the next few days and at least today we could cancel anything for free.

Cancelled a classic reward for 2 on Wednesday, got the points back for PAX 1 within a few hours but still waiting for the points for PAX 2 to come back. Weird that they aren't processed at the same time as it was on one PNR. Wonder if the same will apply to the tax, refund for PAX 1 before PAX 2.

Just to check I did not miss anything, how did you get to 164sc? I thought the first 3 are all 16sc each and the MEL to ASP is 24sc? That would be (16+16+16+24)*2=144sc?

But AYQ-MEL is only available on the 13th, not on the 14th. As it is a birthday (weekend), not keen to fly on the 13th. Also looked at car rental from ASP, but that is just through the roof.

Update: got my DSC for flights in mid Feb today, using the DSC TravelPass to book the flights. 4 weeks after the first trip and 3 weeks after the 2nd trip

Has anyone used a TravelPass with DSC yet? How long did it take for the DSC to be credited? I have done 4 flights booked with different TravelPass DSC offers but have not yet got the DSC credited (2 and 3 weeks ago). It says up to 6 weeks though, but was wondering if there is any experience here?

I can only say that our flights had not a single spare seat last weekend, also some people given seats at the gate (standby?) 13.02 SYD - BNE on QF514 15.02 BNE - SYD on QF549 I wasn't expecting full flights but good to see customers are back for the airlines.
