we had a fantastic experience with QF flying OOL-SYD-MEL yesterday. from checkin, ground crew for wheelchair assist and cabin staff. made the whole idea flying to family come true and made hubby happy. that's why QF is good.

I've just had two attempts and web site comes back with incorrect details - too scared to try for three and get locked out!

you could try because my customer voucher was redeemed through the same portal as gift voucher - you can go all the way through and cancel if it doesn't allow a change of name

I thought that you were able to book and then on the last page change the name to the passenger if it is different to the name on the voucher? why don't you try it and see?

As Emirates aren't OW I didn't believe you'd earn QFF points unless 4digit QF flight #

IME Sadly they wouldn't give points discount or members rate without it being done on line. They're pin reset etc appears to be a manual reset in business hours

last year, we also found the Melbourne AND Sydney Baggage services staff to be responsive when we had a flythrough stroller (skipped our day transit in MEL) they found us a spare for the day and then broken suitcase when we eventually overnighted in SYD. last flight in after spending a day...
