With QANTAS I have booked seats separatly for two people as some points redemption were involved and then rang to link them within 24 hours of booking. The agent was surprised as they were different days (yes my fault) but said OK and fixed it at no cost. Virgin should do this at no cost too.

If first and last names are on the booking, reversed or not QANTAS should honour the booking. The order of the names is pointless, after all in some cultures the first name is the surname rather than the last.

We need to have a check box to exclude rewards that are mixed class such as Business SYD-LHR (Business SYD-MEL/Economy MEL-LHR), such things may be useful to some people but I would like to exclude them if I can.
