I transferred points on a Friday last month and it didn't appear in my QF account until Monday
Good outcome - Points posted but trip postponed - yet more points orphaned in QF...

Just got off the phone from MR as I'm still owed all points for October and December. They had me down as having received all points so are now contacting the mysterious "back office" to request they look at missing points. Might be worth other people who are still missing points to follow up now.
And that will be a large amount...for I have earnt more than any amount I have yet seen posted.
I'm intrigued as to whether I've got a letter now - must head to the post office box now.
Success!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My letter came today and I am back in.

Amex replied that have reviewed my detailed reply to their last letter and also also their records......and that I will be awarded all bonus points that I have earned.
Further all points owing will be awarded in the next two-three weeks

Like I said our points were already credited before we received the letter, so it was nice not having to wait, but it wouldn't hae mattered how long it took, I was more worried about being suspended from the whole rewards program.
So with all of our bonuses who is considering a charitable donation in light of the bush fires? 120K points would be $1000 to the Smith family
I would rather donate $1000 straight in cash and keep the 120K points. At least there will be no confusion on tax deductibility.
