Hmmm, no bouns points at all yet, even though i held all 4 policies for at least 3 payment cycles before cancelling...
If multiple bonus points don't show up in my account by tomorrow someone at Onepath is going to be getting a friggin earful!!

Does anyone know if the bonus points still aviailable to the new member? Thinking about sign up for my partner. On qantas site it still says 10,000 points but can't see anything on onepath website.
Has anyone had any luck getting missing points? I reported mine a few weeks ago and have heard (and gotten) nada since.
How did you make the report? Did you write in? I got my policies at end of Jan but haven't got the bonuses yet.
I called them the other day about zero bonus points from 4 policies and after being on hold she was going to have it investigated or something...
Before putting me on hold she said i might have to still hold the policies for the bonus points to be paid out (i canceled after 3 lots of payments each) to which i said to her later that if they say that points may not come for 4 months, that would mean you have to hold the policies for 4 months which is explicitly contradictory to the T&C which says you need to hold the policies for 2 months...
Bunch of ....
I did get a postcard offer, but I already have 2 policies with OnePath. Can I apply for another one?Anybody get the bonus 15,000 points? I got one thru my corporate group. More than the usual 10,000. Also gets the usual 1 pt per dollar of premium. Can't wait for the bonus, another step closer to my QFF reward!
I have 2 policies and my wife has 1 policy. However we only get points for 1 set of policy (and 1 set of 10000 points). After following up with OnePath twice, they still haven't fixed up my issue with missing points, and my wife just received a letter from OnePath indicating that she would miss out on 10000 points because she did not register QFF number with OnePath within 30 days. That is rubbish as we registered our QFF number straight after purchase of policies and unfortunately there is no way to prove this as they never sent acknowledgement of our QFF registration hence it is now my word going against their word. Very frustrating.
They said that I can write complaint about this then go to TIO but seriously should I need to do this when their IT system is that cr*ppy?!
It just sounds like too much effort to chase 1Path for those 20K points. Anyone has similar experiences (without me reading the entire thread)?![]()

please let us know how you get on. I have no bonuses either and have emailed/filled in the feedback online/faxed. All I got was a standard reply letter stating it takes up to 4 months.OK it's June and it's >4 months. Still no bonus. Will have to start writing to them.
