Hopeless! Booked a flight on 17 January using a $500 gift voucher for a $129 flight - residual balance of $371. Two days later, still no sign of the residual credit voucher reference number. Called Qantas tonight and they insisted that the email had been sent to me, however they could not tell me what the new PNR was for the remaining balance. I explained that I wanted to make a further booking whilst the current Asia sale was on (finishes 21 Jan) and that generally the residual credit also shows in my FF profile which on this occasion wasn't either. After about 5 minutes of hearing it's been sent, it's been sent, the Call Centre operator finally said 'I've sent an email off to the digital team for investigation in the next few days'.
