our lost points (25000) posted today and i know we didn't use that many vouchers...totally weird

So Multi-pax vouchers are an issue. Got 1000 from a $100 voucher but only 1000 from a $100x2 pax voucher...

Mine have posted on an already used voucher. Well they have posted for one person not two so I am down 5000 points at this point just like others here. When you couple this with the stuff ups on ASAs and the amazing difficulties I had using last years' vouchers I have to come to the conclusion that Qantas is a circus.

My missing points (1500) for a used voucher have posted, nothing more outstanding for me. I had emailed the Qantas FF team and received a call back, so not sure whether it would have happened otherwise or not.

Had 2 x $600 vouchers so 6000 QFF points each, one posted in full 14th Jan, since made calls and email to QFF got nowhere, today just half (3K) of second one arrived, really ridiculous situation, now sent off another email for the 3000 balance.

I assume the second voucher was for 2 pax...? There is obviously a problem with multi pax vouchers... I have PM'd Red Roo and also sent another email to [email protected]

The wait continues... but the 8 weeks are not up until Friday ;)

Complete joke. Having rung and lodged booking references along with dollars, sent off to "relevant department" , credit has come through for half the number of points - vouchers were for 2 pax.

Rung again, proposed to send details off to relevant department again, and ring back early March if hinge aren't fixed. Had a bit of a spit that these details had already been sent through, and the got it wrong the first time. CSR looked at notes, put on hold, now will chase up more.

Will speak with relevant people and call back.

Will see what happens......

I've just sent another email explaining the missing points. Hopefully it doesnt take too long for this to be resolved.

I agree, I also sent very detailed information originally, hence I think the process of crediting points is automated and not relevant to the information they had been provided...

Bit of an embarrassment really...I wonder what Red Roo thinks of all this...? Hopefully we get some response that this mess will be sorted out in a timely manner.

I bought two gift vouchers, one for $100 on Xmas Day, the other for $500 on 20/12. The 1000 points bonus posted on 23/01 but the 5000 points bonus only posted yesterday, even though I bought that gift voucher first...

Despite emailing all relevant information, and getting a phone call from what appeared to be a very junior call centre person, still no points here...owed 30,000. As per my last post RED ROO obviously needs some more intervention and letting us know what is going on please.

Nothing posted for me and I'm a solo traveller :)

Finally got my remaining 2 vouchers credited. These were from Dec 10th and used very soon after. So 10 weeks all up.
