Subject to schedules/permissions etc, I am looking at the following program to be held 19th/20th May:
Saturday 10 AM Airways Muesum Guided Tour Airways Museum / Civil Aviation Historical Society
Saturday 1200 to 1400 Lunch [-]with JB747 (if he is available) - ask the pilot in person.
Saturday Afternoon 1400-1630 - behind the scenes at MEL with either a facilities tour or airline tour[/-][-]TBC
Saturday Early Evening - 1700 checkin for 1730 departure ex Essendon - DC3 flight over the city - around $120 per person.
Saturday Dinner - 1930 Casual wind down get together in the city.
Sunday - Open at this stage..[/-] ...

OK, we will definitely go with the lite option for the 19th and move the formal lunch and DC3 flight to later.

It's a little disappointing that JB has had to pull out (I was looking forwards to meeting him), that said, flights are already booked and I'm still seriously excited about going, plus 18th / 19th Aug is the week before the tentative week of harvyk's Asian adventure, so I'd certainly be interested in an F-Lounge double + behind the scenes tour.
Just out of interest, is there still is an ATC person coming to lunch?
