19 May MEL Museum/JB747 Lunch/ airport tour/ DC3 flight

I'm fine with continuing or postponing the event. I'm going to MEL anyway as flights already booked and dinner organised for Sat evening.
If its still on I'd be happy to do the museum, lunch flight (the alternative will be shopping )
I'm very appreciative of all the hard work you have put in so far and it's a shame that fate has intervened

Being from Melbourne, I don't have any real concerns about what happens. If anything, I probably prefer the August option though!

(and look into the FLounge run!)

I can't make the August date (wedding anniversary) and I'm looking at how much flexibility and at what cost impact there is changing the VA FF fares we have before we decide what we will do.

Being a local I am not fussed by the date change. However I am more than happy to go ahead this month if those I am providing transport for are still interested.

Whilst a shame that your hard hard work is being thwarted markis10, I am sure the museum, lunch and flight will make for a great day in any case.

Well I unfortunately couldn't make the May date anyway, but I can do August (either of those weekends) including the F lounge (SYD-MEL only).

I forgot about the fly ahead option, we might do the museum then head home early to make the Reds game at Suncorp.

Bugger. Non refundable flights and hotel booked for myself +1, if the flight is still going ahead I am still keen but I'll pass on the lunch. Otherwise just let me know if a decision has been made to postpone everything to August and I'll PM my bank details for a refund (doubt I'll be able to do August, going to be very busy work wise).

I am happy to do the lite version as well, have my flights booked and need something to look forward to Can always ask for an earlier flight when we get back to the airport. Thanks JessicaTam for still wanting to drive around!

I'm happy to do things with some people if they come down and don't have much to do (although I have a very small car). It's a shame about this, as I actually had to schedule a trip around this day, ensuring I was back on the Saturday for the event (flying in from ORD to MEL).

As my schedule is changing so much at present, I have no idea if the August date/s proposed will work for me. At this stage, i'm guessing probably not as I have to visit the other half in AKL a few times during August (thanks to the double QF SC offer) and they'll all be w/ends.

I have arranged to be in MEL that weekend, so either option is okay for me... I can't commit either way for August as my FY13 plan hasn't been approved yet, so I have no idea what work will look like.


Whatever happens, I am happy to hang out with people in MEL that weekend, or potentially do some random flying (so long as price is friendly).
