As munitalP has alluded to, I've emailed the current list of attendees booked at the HSW onto the hotel. The list as it stands can be found in post #5 in this thread (the last update has been sent to the mods about 5 minutes ago, so it may not be quite updated yet).

I need to send in some updates. Mr Katie & I will be on JQ1, with Mr Katie taking my WP guest spot. We're also staying at the Hilton, but I guess I haven't supplied booking details. Will try to remember to do so soon.

MunitalP can you advise on details about a KK? I recall you mentioning something about it, but don't have any clear details as have never been to an event before

Hi. KK, unisex gift to $20 value. Random draw, so please be thoughtful with the choice, i.e. amenity kits, swiss army knives or wads of express cards don't really cut the mustard ;)

Thanks for the reminder

Any other smaller details like this? I would have turned up empty handed... :/

But Munitalp - I had "antique", "collector edition" express cards ;)

Maybe you should have read post number 1 then

MunitalP in all fairness, the reference to KK is very small and I would have missed seeing it myself until I recall our brief conversation about it.
Perhaps you could edit that first post so that people who haven't been to an event before know that bringing a KK gift is expected and the requirements (especially those that may not read through the whole thread)

I enjoyed the bottle of vino which someone kindly donated to the last KK.

I will endeavour to find wrapping paper for my own gift this year :p

I think the spirit of the event is lost if you don't join in all the festivities..

There will be coal i your stocking (or something far less valuable actually) on christmas morning if anyone is such a scrooge. Or perhaps a lifetime of middle seats with all seats around you occupied ... ;)

KK is a bit of fun! I really enjoyed selecting presents for the Surfers do, and I promise to *not* use the unopened J PJs and amenity kit I was given in the last hour of my flight from LAX-BNE last month. Truly.

While I am quite happy with the KK concept, please remember that not all are.

So such should always be voluntary.

Does that mean you are going to give used ones :?: :D
