Just wondering if anyone has used this feature? I've moved to Canberra, and reconnected Foxtel. Gave them my Velocity number and they advised it would only take a few days for the points to appear in my account. Nearly a month later, and nothing. The Velocity Gold centre have been helpful and friendly, but apparently no one knows the process regarding the points being added to an account. I'm getting quite the run around here, and there doesn't seem to be any process in place to advise of how long it would take.
I had been advised that it may take up to 30 days to appear, but the lady I spoke to said that it would likely be sooner than that.
Anyone got any ideas? I've searched everywhere, but I can't seem to find a thing.
