For the Harbour Cruise there are options around 9.30 am and others around 11 a.m. I am leaning towards the 11 am cruise then heading to lunch shortly thereafter. As far as price is concerned, it is around $30 for the 1¼ to 1½ hour cruise.

Does anyone have any particular preference on times?

As for taking Amex, no I don't. I don't accept much other than direct deposits, if you want me to book. For those that wish to book themselves and get the points, then let me know :)

11am is fine for us; we should be lunching by 2pm if the venue is near Circular Quay; then straight off to the Airport for our 6:10pm boarding.
 
I will be out of Sydney, but for those interested in looking around Sydney on the cheap you can get a "Day Tripper" ticket at any form of public transport, bus ferry etc at a cost of $17 per adult, and the Day Tripper allows you to travel on all forms of public transport. You can take any ferry on Sydney Harbour and see the sights, buses and trains. It is good value for money. Here is the site for the Day Tripper

Have submitted my request for the tarmac tour, will let you know how it goes.

Any time Sunday morning is fine for me. I am teetotal so I will remember what happens. ;) Unless of course you need me to forget.
 
Just reconfirming my availability, I am confirmed for Friday night activities, Saturday lunch, (skipping Saturday Night dinner), then I am good for Sunday morning cruise / brunch / lunch etc

I'm pretty relaxed on where to go, what to eat etc ;)

The cruise booking windows at Circular Quay where most ferries depart from do accept Amex (as I used it a couple of weeks ago).
 
Happy with 11AM cruise, though won't be able to dally too much afterwards over lunch etc. with a 1730 flight.
 
Tarmac tours company hasn't responded to my booking request - will give them a quick buzz tomorrow.
