All good for me although I still haven't heard back from the tarmac tour coy.

Will be staying at the Ibis World Square Hotel for both nights.

If an attendee needs a trip on the Melbourne SkyBus PM me, I have a trip left over from last weeks trip to the GF.

I am confirmed for everything that I am marked for except for the Tarmac Tour, which is still "want to attend" but unconfirmed.

Has anyone heard back from them yet? If so, I will give them a call to arrange the tour that way. I hope they are not fully booked.

(P.S. Things are a little limited and awkward as far as access goes over here in South Africa....)

I'm a scatching for Friday night...have a [compulsory] work function that nite. I'm planning to attend Sat lunch, dinner and drinks. As previously indicated, I won't be partaking in Sunday's events

Just had a call from Phil from Tarmac Tours, have booked myself and anat0l onto the tour. He rang from 02 8338 8414.

He has asked that we arrive at 9.30-9.45 so we can all sort out payment etc.

The recent Oneworld Award and Thailand trip at Christmas has taken care of a huge chunk of available income. I hope the beers are reasonable priced as I have not been in to Sydney City for a long long time....

I will turn up for Friday night dinner but I might not eat and leave early; I don't think I could handle 2 heavy drinking nights in 1 weekend.:shock:

That is a no brainer. I am going back to BNE Sunday evening so anyone that needs guesting into the Qantas Lounge or Qantas Business Lounge in SYD I wiould be happy to help out....

Hi guys,

I'm wondering if someone might be able to do me a huge favour? A while ago Mal was kind enough to send me some free Qantas Club passes, and some time after that (when I had my own spares) I gave a few away on the forum too.

I'm all out of passes now and would really love to give one to my best mate, who has an 8 hour stopover in BKK in November. Ideally two passes (one each way), but one would be fantastic.

Would anyone have a spare they'd be willing to part with? I'll be at the Friday night drinks at Helm Bar and will happily shout you a beer or three.

Much appreciated guys. AMEX actually owe me a few, but they never seem to pay up.
