If you get to Q1 around 6pm there should be enough time and light to see the city slowly fade, and then light up with night life. I'll be hanging around the entrance as I can give 10% off tickets to get up to the top, and 10% off at the bar too...
Vapiano Soul
Located within the Soul Retail Complex, it says 8 Cavill Avenue, but having been there I know it isn't really on Cavill. Essentially, you walk down Cavill Avenue Mall, heading towards the beach, and hang a left past City Beach, and it's up some escalators. (

Saturday
Q1 SkyPoint Climb
See above for Q1, the ticket office/ area you suit up is located right next to the entrance to the observation deck.
The climb starts at 11:40am but you want to be there with plenty of time to spare. I have the tickets.
Videre Restaurant
Videre Restaurant is located on level 21 of RACV Royal Pines Resort. If you're coming by taxi, they'll know where the resort is (or should do!), but by car, you're aiming for Ross Street. There's an entrance either side of the street, both leading into the resort. I think it goes without saying, you want to be on the hotel side, so use the overpass to get to the hotel if need be. (

Ross Street connects to Nerang-Broadbeach Road to the South and Ashmore Road to the North. Both of those roads head East-West so they more or less both connect with the M1 to the West and Surfers Paradise/Broadbeach to the East.
For those driving, parking is available underneath the hotel, and directions should be clearly signed, though I'm sure the concierge will help if you turn up at the front door.
Drinks start from 5:30pm at the bar in the restaurant, with dinner to start around 6:30pm.
Sunday
Golf at RACV Royal Pines Resort
As above, take the turn off at the roundabout to 'Golf' and parking is available across from the pro shop.
Tee time is 8:24am.
BBQ
Here's where it gets complicated. Depending on how you enter Royal Pies from Ross Street, you want to head to the hotel side of the road first. Once that's sorted you need to find the roundabout that you encounter when you exit/leave to Ross Street and take the road that's paved. It'll look different to all the rest so you'll know you're heading in the right direction.
You'll come to a gatehouse (note: if the gatehouse you come to is empty, you're on the wrong side of Ross Street), the security guards will have been informed about the AFF BBQ, so simply stating that will get you through the gates. You then need to take the second right, at a sign called South Shields, and then take the second right again to my place, number 2111 (all clearly signposted).
Now, there's plenty of parking available in 'the village' (South Shields), though the spaces closest to the house may be labelled
Reserved for P1 and this will be strictly enforced, so please carry your cards
Blue = route to my house
Green = route to golf
Red = route to dinner/car park
Lunch is predicted to commence at 12pm.
