The only country that was a problem was the USA.
I always worked on the theory that there were shops anywhere I was likely to go.

Why is it not a surprise that the land of the free and paranoid had to be difficult?

Not ending up where you thought you was going to and needing to go to the shops for suitable clothing is much the same as when you are a passenger and the airline loses your luggage - happened to me while flying AA once in the U.S. and I got to experience that great American institution freak show called Walmart!
