Do you truly believe the Police will throw the book at you and consider you to be flouting the rules for delivering groceries and distributing medication for your elderly parents, one of whom is suffering a very sadly debilitating illness and the other who is presumably of a similar age caring for her?No you are wrong - only a single care giver is permitted in a home in NSW.
I cant be that care giver because my Dad is the registered care giver, and that power legally only comes to me if he becomes incapacitated or dies, at which point the power of attorney appoints me as being able to make all health directives for my mother.
Visits are not considered care unless you are adminstering health care (medications, assisting with bathing or transporting the person to medical appointments). I have talked with NSW Health and the advice is visiting whilst it benefits mental health is not not care giving.
So dont lecture me about obeying the rules, when I have been 100% complying.
You telling me to go and give "care" in violation of the rules is actually encouraging me to break the law. You have absolutey no idea.
I agree with the other posters. I am sorry for your circumstances but from what we can glean from your posts there is plenty of latitude for you to provide care to your parents in their home within the rules.
If on the other hand this is a stunt to keep promoting the bizarre views on vaccine products you have, then that's up to you but a solution for your problem is there I would think.
