Well you have a choice of Pfizer,Moderna and Novavax.
When i have the 4th it will be Novavax after 2 AZ and 1 Moderna.

I will only be due about 6 days before our Singapore and Bangkok trip. I am pretty sure I will leave it until closer to our August trip which will be Spain and the UK plus a Mediterranean cruise. That is likely to be higher risk and the weather will be starting to cool in the Northern Hemisphere.
Having just had a dose of covid on top of 2 AZ and 1 Pfizer, it will be interesting to see what the GP says ahead of our August trip back to UK and Europe.

Niece who is immunocpmprised has had two AZ and Two Pfizer's. She's currently battling Covid. She had platelet issues (resulting in high INR) and was given the antibody infusion in hospital. She's on the mend now. She's in SA and is extremely careful. Both her kids under 10 have been fully vaccinated.

Our projected peak of 8000 - 9000 cases by mid April has now been remodelled to around 5500 - 6000. Seems everyone I know has had it now.

I got over it recently. Day of off-and-on very mild sore throat, same as I get occasionally. Next day definite sore throat - did RAT, +ve. Day 3 & 4 continuing sore throat, worst in the morning. Day 5 almost gone. Day 6 barely there, weak +ve RAT. Day 7 & 8 -ve RAT.

Everyone I know who has had it recently - about 6 people - had almost exactly the same experience +/- a day.

Seems to have basically become a bit of a sore throat. Haven’t heard of anyone reporting anything different of late. As the WHO said, they just expect it to become less and less severe. This seems to be playing out as expected.

Had it a fortnight ago. Triple vaxxed and couldn’t get out of bed for just over a day. Muscle and joint pain pretty much paralysed me. Once that went I had no other symptoms whatsoever and was good as gold by day 3

So are you confessing to being a super-spreader ;)
I'm still waiting.... Tic tic tic

Yes sore throat and fatigue and sometimes cough.

My +1s sister and her family incl cat have Covid...brought home from school by teenage daughter! They laughed at me when I suggested doing a RAT on the cat but this morning the cat barely ate anything, started sneezing and slept most of the day...very unusual for this active cat!

I tested today. Nup. I would like to get it if I’m going to have to get it, over Easter and not three weeks later when in the UK.
Don't put too much store in a negative RAT (it's just having a bad day?). Seriously though, I've encountered quite a number of people who've had symptoms and done up to three negative RATs before a positive PCR.
Obviously the devil is in the detail and perhaps their Ratting was sub-standard, whereas the PCR was professionally conducted. I haven't discussed in depth with anyone.

Yes I totally agree but as I didn't have symptoms and wanted to have lunch with a lady whose son has extremely significant health issues, I just felt it was the right thing to do.

Yep. And as a whole, I suspect this forum is made up of people with greater average intelligence than the general population. Just read a few local community social media pages and you’ll realize how successful the fear campaign has been.

Why? Because they collect airline points 😂
