Let me get this straight. In the midst of Joe Victoria doing the most incredibly stressful iso work, that episodes of the Masked Singer have been produced at a studio in Docklands? WT? And now seven performers have tested positive and its all been shut down. Seriously? I cannot believe this has been allowed to happen.
However the previous season was produced in Sydney where things would have been safer than Melbourne. Why was it changed?...and yet you support football and similar with hundreds of people being involved where many so many have repeatedly shown total disregard for the the rules outlined to them?
A place of employment for a small number of people that can't be done remotely, with rules laid down by the health department, providing entertainment for the masses and income for those who would otherwise have none.
Probably less risky than building/construction sites, food factories, meat works, kindergartens, schools, warehouses, public transport, etc etc .
BTW: I've never watched it and probably won't ever. But that's not the point, many do and it entertains them while in lockdown.
I understood it was 5 staff/workers, not residents, and their close (Eg household) contacts forming a cluster of 9 so far. They have already done all but 20 (111/131 tested negative) residents and have tracked down about half of those released from that centre in the interim period. What really worries me though is that 6 residents of the Wacol centre tested positive but several others were released during the time they may have beeen infective. Can they track down where they are and if any positive may be a verey long list of places to check.
No. I dont support the football crowds. Quite the opposite. The players are tested twice a week though so as long as they behave in their hubs they can play together. Are the people on the Masked Singer ever tested? Were they required to be tested....and yet you support football and similar with hundreds of people being involved where many so many have repeatedly shown total disregard for the rules outlined to them?

Nice to know. However, ratings have never influenced my viewing habits.Whatever your personally think about the show it has been a huge ratings winner, light entertainment, funny at a pretty dark time, particularly for Melburnians, so let’s hope the people affected recover quickly and shooting recommences quickly and safely.
Gee. S/he gets around.Have you been here? If you have and have symptoms please get tested
5 .... and maybe a couple of household contacts who tested positive in yesterday’s reportGee. She gets around.
Just joking. There’s probably two of them.

South of Brisbane, pretty much. Are these places all in Queensland?
Wowww......What a disappointing thing to say about hundreds of thousands of Australians.
While this show may not be to your personal taste it provides some entertainment and comedic relief to a lot of other people in some pretty dark times for many, particularly in Victoria.
Are the people on the Masked Singer ever tested? Were they required to be tested.

That would be a preemptive requirement not imposed on any other industry as far as I am aware (could be wrong), other than some specific examples in healthcare. (the footballers example is an AFL requirement - not a preemptive gov mandated requirement)
I saw a credible reference reference that all available TV/movie/production sets in Sydney are booked out and have been for some time. However the previous season was produced in Sydney where things would have been safer than Melbourne. Why was it changed?
