I am not sure that the restriction around WA entry after coming into contact with people who have been in VIC still applies (according to a call to the WA covid hotline). The relevant direction on the g2gpass seems to be from November last year, is there a more recent source used in this article?

The source for this is:

Which says:
Travel is permitted into and around WA from interstate and New Zealand, depending on where travellers have come from and who they’ve had contact with in the 14 days prior to travel.
