I checked just the other day, and I'm still an expired diamond. I just moved house again, so hopefully my next card will find me at the right place.

Inserted O6 *G into NZ website for a dummy booking. Seat selection still allows me to choose 'frequent flyer' seats. Exact same seats available for selection as VA P/LH SEN as well for the exact same flight. I assume that O6 status (Diamond) still active then.

Ditto for me as well but I'm hoping for a soft landing to Amigo Gold so I remain *A Gold for another year.

My BP from the 7th April still showed me as *G. Will find out on the 21st if this is still the case when I leave Japan

I sent them a email Apri13 asking what my status was,was it still Gold?they replied ,it will be automatically be adjusted on March 31,BUT DIDNT SAY WHAT YEAR" just looked at mine , still* G but expiry March 31 2017 Mmmmmmmmm

Probably best to just let it be rather than asking them about it.

Had a print of my login still showing Diamond but was not asked for that
So guess the agent keyed the member number and it still works

I'm sitting on the fence about an SQ booking for a few months time, which I would make if I still had *A SG via this O6 Diamond (or dropped to Gold) status, but would probably not, if I didn't. I wish it would update already! Will likely wait until May now before making a call.

Do you mean call Amigo to check your true status? I hope you're not thinking of bringing this "problem" of status not being downgraded to their attention.

If you were Diamond previously Avianca provides a soft landing to the next tier below, which is also Star Gold.

Reports on FlyerTalk suggest Avianca won't be updating status levels before mid-May.

I contacted them on Twitter, they wouldn't confirm if soft drop to Gold but did confirm that reviews will be completed Mid-May.

I have a flight coming up VA codeshare on SQ and was going to use my O6 diamond to try out the new NZ lounge in MEL, my account shows as Diamond but print out of card shows expiry 30 March 17.
