Jubugging for the into HND out of NRT booking was that a screenshot job? If no has anyone done a screenshot job for different airports within the same city?

A successful cancellation was done after the flights had occurred.
We booked flights in Feb 16 for Mel to Osaka in May 16. The last minute F from Syd to Osaka became available we booked this and flew on this flight. We didn't cancel the flights before as the flights only came up about 48 hours before we were due to depart therefore we didn't want to risk it as we did the screen shot method isn't always reliable or done quickly.
We were told that we could cancel up to 1 year after the flight was booked. This seems to be correct as we called the other night to cancel the May flights and it was done within about 20 mins. We were charged USD$50 per ticket. It was charged as $67.68 AUD but then the day after we had credits of $71.39 AUD. Not sure why but its fine either way happy to have the miles back in our account almost immediately

First ever screenshot booking complete:
KUL-BKK-ICN-SYD, TG-OZ-OZ, J-J-J. 22,000 points plus $USD344.68. Long layover in Seoul but haven't been there before so looking forward to it.

When i initially sent the screenshot request on Saturday they replied the next day saying I needed to fill out my address and phone number on my Lifemiles profile and also send through a colour scan of my passport. Did that and they sent an email last night saying it has been escalated to the relevant team. Got a call on my mobile at work at lunchtime today from Diego on a Florida number. English clearly wasn't his first language but went through without any dramas in about 10 minutes. Now am on the Thai website trying to work out how to select my seat for the first sector. Any hints?

finally managed to redeem KUL-xSIN-xTPE-xICN-KUL (SQ, BR, BR, OZ) via screenshot method.. wanted to add NRT/HND on the last leg but got knocked back coz they dont allow change of airport ! anyway happy with this.. oh btw..anyone know how i can select seat for the flights??
