2* J tickets CDG-DEL-SYD-AKL in August flying AI and NZ, 85,000 miles pp and 250usd taxes, screenshot them CDG-BKK-SYD(TG)-AKL(NZ) with a 13hr transit in BKK and they rang back saying they couldn't confirm that itinerary but offered the other route, booked for my sis-in-law and her 86yo grannie who have never flown business so hopefully they have a great trip

Sshhhh!! Don't ask and definitely don't tell!
i still wonder though how they allowed the poster to connect from TG677 to TG471.
unless, that is, it's not F on both legs?
The point of this thread is to share successful bookings, which by definition needs to include the cost of them.

Well yes - but does that extend to displaying errors on a public forum? We know thanks to the OP's post that we can successfully request this, does the pricing need to be fully explained? The award chart gives the supposed price (very easy to search), and taxes are minimal.

If the pricing is something that people want to keep to themselves, then don't bother posting the details at all. It is of no use in this thread.
