Chuckle! Sounds like me when the season is in! Isn't it always the way!! Keep me posted, will try to squeeze last minute people for both the FTU and the dinner, if I possibly can..

Naturally soon is better, but yes, we all do get around a bit don't we?

Indeed I do Expecting a goodly crowd. And still some seats left at both the dinner and FTU. I can get the restaurant to expand a whisker if we get some dinner signups on Saturday.

Looking forward to a great weekend all round. And I'm trying to decide on which main for ChaChaChar.. The beef is winking at me more than the others, I'm a good eater , but they all look good to me ..

Hmm GPH, it could be a hair awkward for me and AFF from a privacy point of view if I post people's real names up on AFF. I don't know all their handles, and which site they belong to, and which handle for which site. And don't have their consent to post.

It'll be a good crowd - we have around 30+ at the dinner. And 100+ at the FTU and counting...

It's going to be a really good weekend

Update to include the menu from ChaChaChar

2 course dinner includes:
Choice of main: pan fried market fish, Grimaud duck breast, Wagyu rump, eye fillet, or pumpin risotto.
Sides served family style.
Choice of dessert: almond pannacotta, chocolate and hazelnut baci cake, banana lemon mousse, or a selection of local and European cheeses.

Cash bar.

The weather in Brisbane is glorious this week! The humidity has dropped and the evenings are wonderful!

I'll be attending the dinner but not the FTU. I'm staying at the Marriott and can guest one person into the lounge for some pre dinner drinks.
I'm assuming the drinks and food start at 5:30 like other Marriotts but have not stayed in Brisbane before.

Flying up from Melb on QF616 on Sat and back on QF537 and QF455 on Sun in case anyone else is on those flights.
