I had problems doing the activation early this am until i realised i had downloaded my entire vaccination history from the medicare app rather than just the covid certificate.

On my iPhone and iPad it’s under “My QFF” and last thing under points activity.

I've tried multiple devices now and can't find the link to register - after having similar issues to Pushka - trying the PDF certificate, and name matches.

my doesn't work, I have a middle initial on my Covid certificate & my QF account doesn't show my middle initial so I'm thinking that's reason for "Sorry, something isn't right"

I couldn't change my QF details in include a middle initial. No allowance for it.

IMO I'd be first publicizing the great 1st prize over p&$sant token gifts.

Close the App and re-open it. That worked for me.

Make sure the certificate is stored on you device, not on the cloud. That was my problem.

Question. My certificate name is in CAPS. Qantas uses upper case and lower case. Surely this can't be the problem? For the record I have updated, logged out and in again, closed the app (multiple times) and no success.

Thanks for advice, I downloaded Certificate to phone and was able to upload from there on an Android device. Had tried multiple times as it would not download from Google drive, only from phone. Easy 1000 points!

So I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Then as @MooTime reported, the offer appeared on the home page. Yes. Tried again. Nup. The CAPS thing might be the issue because everything else is the same.

Had the same issues with it failing about 3-4 times, claiming name mismatch.
It only works if the PDF is saved in the 'Downloads' or 'Files' section of the device (I use Android).
If trying to load from any cloud service (Google Drive, for example), it does not work. I even had offline version saved for Drive, with no success. Once I transferred to 'Downloads' folder, it worked in an instant.
