Check Accor Plus free night availability

Is there a way to check availability for the Accor Plus Stay Plus (free night) while currently holding a reservation for the same? It seems to disqualify you from searching for potential better options before it's used.

No availability on those nights. Only nights in August were 25-27 Aug.

Wondering what I am doing wrong here - I am Accor plus silver but nowhere in my account or on the ALL app does it mention anything about a stay plus benefit.

When logged into Accor plus website I have searched multiple dates across multiple cities (sydney, Auckland, Queenstown, Macau, Singapore) each time selecting “yes” in the stay plus dropdown box and all I get is hotels offering the Accor plus member rate (ie nothing about a free night).

Hmm thanks, I don’t have a stay plus night showing in my app like you do - Just says Accor plus silver member. Weird. I should have this after paying for Accor plus right (even if I am still silver) ?

So I called them, and apparently I signed up for some form of Accor plus that doesn’t include the free night

There are several levels and some minor differences depending on the country in which you signed up.

AU options are here: Accor Plus benefits

The entry level “Traveller” does not include a free night.

Trying to book Fairmont Singapore for April 2025, but looking at the availability calendar, there doesn't seem to be any Stay Plus availability beyond March 8th 2025?

Is it because Accor hasn't released any allocations yet beyond this date or Fairmont Singapore will not be participating anymore?

i had a similar issue with the Fairmont Singapore, don't remember how far out but there was nothing. a couple months later there was availability.

Cant check if stay plus is available on those dates, mine has to be used by November.
Accor Plus Advance Saver for Two Bedroom, Two Bathroom Villa is $1975.50 non refundable or
$2196.90 flexible rate.
If stay plus is available, for those dates, maybe looking at $1642.50 for Non Refundable (going off November dates).
