That's a reason this one is an adults trip, kids are of course always welcomes, but we'll have 2 cars on this one I think.

I just thought about it and the last thing I want to be doing is carrying around 100kg of luggage for my xmas & new years trip, so ill prob jump off in MEL.

Happy to take up to say 300kg of luggage. (provided we can handle it ourselves.) :mrgreen: We can take more with prior warning.

It's no drama, I thought it best to go home anyway and delay my good coast trip at least a few days. The luggage would have been more difficult with the airline too as all my flights there and back are J but will be doing Y for this epic journey.

QF872 Ex CBR arriving into Sydney at 0825 so plenty of time to make my way to Central (or Wolli Creek or wherever). If anyone else arriving into SYD around that time and is looking for a co-traveller to the station drop me a line.

I'm on VA 815 arriving SYD T2 8:55am, returning via SYD, likely from CBR at 01:05pm (cracking my ATR Virginity).

Will be staying at the CP (For 'Win Big', that's 1/3 brands, 1/4 stays & 1/2 'city' stays).

I have heard (not 100% confirmed) that from October's timetable change, all south CLK services will only be going via East Hills so there will be no stop at Strathfield.

Thinking about it, we would have probably gone on into Central anyway. Sunday arvo Newcastle Intercity services can get quite crowded by Strathfield and the cost will be the same for us.

New timetable looks OK. We leave slightly earlier at 11:40 instead of 11:55 and if the CLK is on time we should have about 19 mins at Central before our Intercity to Fassifern.

I would be catching the same flight as serfty

Sunday 6:40am to Melbourne and then back to Perth, if the company Christmas party goes ahead on the 15 December, the 14th is ruled out for the company Christmas party.
