What I ate today - the food thread

Lunch at Howard Wharves (almost under the Story Bridge):

I had the ricotta. New dish for me, quite nice and light. Tarragon vinaigrette brought the dish together. Yum, was tempted to take the spare one sitting next to my colleague.

Again, the jus made the dish. Tried to get another bread roll to sop it all up.

Chicken vindaloo.

Good meal, nice family service. Only issue was the vindaloo was sweet, rather than hot and sour as it should be. Very strange.

Still, recommended.

Bought scallops yesterday at the weekend f and v markets in Fyshwick, Tassie roe on were cheaper than Queensland roe off, not a difficult decision to make......
