Where exactly does it say this on your account? Was a bit concerned as I couldn’t see the Qantas word listed on mine last I checked. And how often are your points being (incorrectly) updated, if you don’t mind me asking?
Also sure I’ll sort it out either way, with or without many frustrating phone calls along the way...
Mine says Citi Rewards Signature Card under “my settings” but “Citi Signature Qantas Card” under “rewards”.Log into the Citi app and it should say it as a title
You need the credit card number for Apple PayMine says Citi Rewards Signature Card under “my settings” but “Citi Signature Qantas Card” under “rewards”.
Does anyone know if Citi allows us to add the card to Apple Pay without receiving the actual physical card yet?
I just received my card - weird it’s called a signature premier card with no reference to qantas ! When calling Citibank they say it’s the 150,000 points one , but no reference to a premier card on any of their documentation .Great deal now that the fee has gone to 0. Will be applying in a month or two.
As per previous posts, I don't believe holding a Velocity Flyer will impact on my eligibility for the bonus points.
You can unmask the card number in the Citibank online portal. You need the credit card number for Apple Pay
Why isn’t the 150,000 points offer part of the paperwork they send - all I’ve got is the add I clicked on before application
My QFF number is now showing up in my Citibank online account.
However, the “frequent flyer name” under modify details is showing a random string of my name: LAST NAME,FIRST NAME,DR
Should I amend it to the correct name as per my Qantas FF account? Or it doesn’t matter?
Be careful with this because Citi don't necessarily transpose the details to QF as you see them - I found out the hard way. I don't think it's a random string of your name at all. The format you've shown is what I've got and if IIRC, that format is what worked for me last time after much changing, waiting and watching. Even when I called Citi and asked them to check, they said it was fixed, only to find it was wrong and then I had to wait another month for the points to post. It's an excruciating process but it will eventually work.My QFF number is now showing up in my Citibank online account.

Oops too late now. I just changed it to the normal way ie First name Middle Name Last Name as they appear in my QF account.Be careful with this because Citi don't necessarily transpose the details to QF as you see them - I found out the hard way. That's what I would do (and will do, if I'm approved when I apply later in the week). $444 for 50,000 points works out to 0.888 ¢/point, which is pretty meh. Then consider that it's tying up at least $15,000 of your total credit limit, and that so many things don't earn points.Question, would it be best just to take the 100k & run once allocated or do you think it’s worth hanging around & paying the $400+ to get the extra 50k of points ? I’m leaning with the former & then move onto the next card.
m not planning on paying the second year fee unless it’s waived which I am doubtful it would be.Hi All
Thinking about applying for this card ( despite having to deal with the citi gobblegook). Question, would it be best just to take the 100k & run once allocated or do you think it’s worth hanging around & paying the $400+ to get the extra 50k of points ? I’m leaning with the former & then move onto the next card.
