Coles gift card offers

Currently 10 % off $250 coles MasterCard at gift cards.com.au
I succumbed to buying one only $250 as a trial after the previous Airbnb giftcard.com issues, by my calcs works out to about 8% discount. Unfortunately the egift card link didn't work, on to customer support yet again !!

Well eventually opened the link to Egift card via safari on my iphone; would not load on the PC via Edge, Chrome , Firefox with/without VPN. Life wasn't meant to be easy to save a few $$$

Haha, yeah not a great multiplier but It's better than nothing or some of the other garbage vouchers that come out sometimes.
I have to pay AirBnB bookings anyway so some bonus is better than none
My thoughts exactly and 3 MR points on my Amex. Yes I’d prefer more but if I have to pay and I can get 5% off it’s better than no discount!

Slightly better deal buying the $250 Coles E-gift card @ $231.30 , then buying a $250 AIRBNB gift card from Amazon, by my calcs is 8% saving.

We have been blocked from getting more than 70 $250 Coles gift cards. I thought it was my credit card but i called them and was told it was not them stopping the purchase.

@cove over how long did you buy 70 Coles cards? I find I can get maybe 20 in a day if I space them out. I called Amex and they told me it’s not them blocking the transactions so can only assume it’s Coles seeking to prevent a ‘raid’ on them. Something is better than nothing I guess. ATO have a daily payment limit if 5 transactions so pretty slow going otherwise to ‘spend’ them.

I was told on the phone to giftcards yesterday that it's meant to be limited one transaction per person 😲 but people had been "getting more through by waiting 24hrs".

Obviously untrue as would be the claim that it's not them blocking your further purchases. Go to plan B.

Somethibf really weird with their sysyem.
I bought 2 lots same day with the same card.

Been 4 days later, i tried using a different cba card using different details including ip.
Has not worked once

The offer has gone now, but FWIW I noticed the T&Cs did state a maximum of one transaction per person and maximum 10 cards in a transaction. So well done to the person buying 70!
I bought 22. 8 and 10 on day 1. After that it seemed to work me out (IP?) so I used my phone to buy the others.
The last offer was only about 10 weeks ago. I will be ready for some more in 10 weeks so I hope it is back.

PlanB worked when I used a work email to round off the 8 sets of ten that I wanted. Didn’t use my name.

Was a good offer - hope it comes back soon - beats going to the supermarket to find none because they've sold out already or people have hidden them when they know the offer is coming. I don't blame them for limiting it but to be able to buy more would have been good. I think I'll need to use the multiple name and cards method next time :)

Ok I just logged in and that deal is over. Quite happy that I got enough for a work project plus i had flight credits from Qantas to extinguish in an Amex card . Well this promo fixed that nicely.

You can buy another physical card like Westfield online
I tried that and the payment was declined. It was also declined trying to add the card to Woolworths Everyday Pay wallet or buying a Woolworths gift card.

I had success buying a Rydges gift card (useful as I’m staying at SYD airport hotel soon) and buying Amazon gift cards. I then used Amazon credit to buy a discounted Uber gift card.

Amazon is quite useful for using small amounts of residual credit as you can buy a gift card for any amount of $1 or more.

You can buy Woolworths GC (discounted at that) if you add the Coles card to your Paypal first.
